NO(w) Beauty

NO(w) Beauty at Black Cat brings the French-American quartet to San Francisco for a four-night residency of poetic, boundary-crossing modern jazz where acoustic lyricism meets electronic texture and classical color. Their acclaimed debut earned honors from Jazz Magazine, Jazz News, the Académie Charles Cros, FIP, and the Académie du Jazz, and their new album (un)Seen expands that language with electronic textures, string arrangements, and a collaboration with folk artist Sam Amidon. The band is pianist Enzo Carniel, trumpeter Hermon Mehari, bassist Damien Varaillon, and drummer Stéphane Adsuar.
