La Papaya Theory brings an infectious, danceable blend of tropical grooves and improvisation to The Deluxe, featuring multi-instrumentalist Pablo Malpica. Rooted in traditional Colombian and Latin American cumbia rhythms, the project weaves together psychedelic funk textures, jazz harmonies, and live looping to craft an energetic, modern soundscape. Driven by Malpica’s syncopated rhythms, rhythmic guitar lines, and layered percussion, the performance delivers an engaging fusion designed to get crowds moving.
