Long Weekend is a North Beach cocktail bar built around the idea of travel fantasy: every nine months, the whole room shifts to a new destination, with fresh decor, drinks, music, and mood. Housed in a historic 1920s bank building at Columbus and Broadway, it feels theatrical without becoming tacky — part cocktail lounge, part set design, part group-night-out magnet.

The current concept leans Havana, with daiquiris, mojitos, Hotel Nacionals, Cancháncharas, and other tropical-leaning cocktails that fit the mood without feeling gimmicky. The appeal is not just the drinks but the full transportive setup: a bar designed to make one neighborhood corner feel briefly like somewhere much farther away.

Music is central to the concept, with DJs and live performances helping each theme feel lived in rather than merely decorated. In its current Havana phase, the bar has been promoting Cuban-inspired cocktails, live music, and a music calendar that positions it as a nightlife destination rather than just a themed cocktail stop.
