Fog City Swing is a San Francisco jazz and swing band created in 2023 by trumpeter Daniel Herrera and saxophonist Greg Johnson. The seven-piece ensemble combines a three-horn front line, rhythm section, and vocal features in arrangements that draw from swing-era and mid-century jazz while reaching beyond the standard repertoire. Their songbook includes music associated with Frank Sinatra and Count Basie as well as reworked selections connected to artists such as Tom Jones and Michael Jackson.
