Richmond Special brings their guitar-driven acoustic sound to Specs’ Twelve Adler Museum Cafe in North Beach. Hailing from San Francisco’s Outer Richmond District, the duo features guitarists Joe Dileo and Travis Geyer performing at the crossroads of country swing, gypsy jazz, and traditional blues. Drawing inspiration from stylists such as Chet Atkins and Django Reinhardt, the pair trades harmonized lead lines, fingerstyle picking, and spontaneous solos across a lively set of vintage American roots and jazz-infused melodies.
