Eve Elliot & Nick Rossi

Los Angeles pianist Eve Elliot and veteran San Francisco guitarist Nick Rossi join forces for an evening of hot jazz, ragtime, and vintage swing at Specs’ Twelve Adler Museum Cafe in North Beach. Elliot, an acclaimed champion at the World Championship Old-Time Piano Playing Contest, brings a rollicking stride and ragtime keyboard technique steeped in classic early-20th-century traditions. Paired with Rossi’s seasoned acoustic and rhythm guitar work—honed over decades as an anchor of the Bay Area swing scene—the duo delivers an energetic collaboration filled with syncopated rhythms, classic early jazz standards, and spontaneous interplay suited to the historic salon atmosphere of Specs.
