Akira and Atsuko

Akira and Atsuko at Mr Tipples brings together Osaka-based Hammond B3 organist Atsuko Hashimoto, guitarist Yutaka Hashimoto, and drummer Akira Tana for a soulful organ-trio performance. The three musicians draw on classic jazz-organ repertoire, the Great American Songbook, and Japanese pop and folk traditions, with the Hammond B3’s rich sound at the center of the group’s interplay.
