Emmett has performed in small groups with musicians such as Regina Carter\, Ulysses Owens Jr.\, Marcus Printup\, Warren Wolf\, and Leland Baker. He is the founder and director of Manning Street Music Festival\, an annual arts and music event held in Barrington\, Rhode Island.

Since relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2022\, he has written a whole new set of original tunes\, combining his loves of jazz funk\, latin jazz\, and steelband music into an exciting modern sound. \n \nWe are pleased to welcome back to the Stookey’s Blue Room the Chris Aschman Trio!
