SUMMARY:Jules Broussard
DESCRIPTION:Louisiana born-and-raised living legend Jules Broussard has been blowing away Bay Area audiences with his double-saxophone serenades and soulful solos for over 60 years. He’s been stage and studio mates with everyone from Alice Coltrane to Van Morrisson to Carlos Santana – it’s often joked that in his 88 years\, there’s really no one Jules hasn’t played with. It’s rare to glimpse such living history in such an intimate setting\, but this is your lucky night in NOLA Tunisia. \nNo stranger to the Keys stage\, Jules brings his freshly minted New Orleans Jazz Band comprising Bay Area jazz veterans Ned Boynton on guitar\, Kevin Gerzevitz on piano/keys\, Bob Blankenship on drums\, and Derek Evans and Romalyn Schmaltz on vocals. They’ve been enjoying residencies in North Beach and in Fairfax since the spring of 2025\, and this is their first Keys performance as a group.

Drummer Matt WIlson is widely recognized as one of the great drummers and bandleaders in jazz\, and is a veteran of the bands of Dewey Redman\, Charlie Haden\, Dena Derose\, and more. United in their passions for the B side tunes\, obscure musician’s musicians\, and in their commitment to explore and swing hard at the boundaries of post bop jazz. Wolff and Wilson have shared the stage at numerous venues over the last 15 years\, from Smalls in NY to the Stanford Jazz Festival. This particular lineup has been playing together for three years\, and has become a Keys Jazz Bistro tradition. \nsaxophones- Patrick Wolff \ndrums- Matt Wilson \npiano- Keith Saunders \nbass- Eric Markowitz

SUMMARY:The Nick Rossi Quartet
DESCRIPTION:San Francisco-based guitarist/bandleader Nick Rossi is now best know for leading one of the West Coast’s most dynamic and popular swing dance combos\, but he cut his teeth in the Bay Area playing in a string of great R&B bands. With this quartet\, centered around the Hammond organ\, Rossi explores a wide-range of repertoire incorporating elements of both swing and soul in a classic jazz format. \nNick Rossi – electric guitar \nKamrin Ortiz – tenor saxophone \nAdam Shulman – Hammond organ \nMichael Reed – drums
