He spent a decade as pianist and musical director for ten-time Grammy winner Arturo Sandoval and also collaborates with vocalist Jane Monheit; a recent South Arts Jazz Road Award recipient, Haymer moves from striking original compositions to reimagined Broadway and jazz standards charged with Afro-Cuban heat.
