He has been writing\, recording and performing for decades. Jon plays an always interesting blend of original and traditional blues\, country and folk music. Big Bill Broonzy\, Brownie McGhee\, John Lee Hooker\, Hank Snow\, Steve Earle\, Pete Seeger\, and Merle Haggard are significant influences for him. During his show Jon will rotate from National Steel\, 12-string\, 6-string guitars and banjo.
