Eloise Carter is a NYC-based jazz singer and actress. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she’s thrilled for this “homecoming" show at Black Cat. She’s a recent graduate from the Tribeca Jazz Institute, where she studied with Lucy Yeghaizaryan, Michael Kanan, Tardo Hammer, and Vanisha Gould.
